GIFS All parents can relate to…
PARENTS, Come unite – This is a safe space for a few short minutes.
This Halloween, I’m not scared of ghouls, ghosts or vampires. I can honestly say that if I were confronted with anything paranormal, I’d be prepared. For I – am a parent. I’ve seen some horrors that would scare the living s**t out of most. I know some of you fellow parents can relate. So I’ve compiled a little list of real-life parenting situations that would make some run scared! Here are 8 GIFs all parents can relate to!
1. When you’re shopping and they’ve found something they want. It’s £84, requires 32 batteries and will be broken and forgotten about in approximately 7 minutes. But they give you this look…

2. But you stand your ground, give yourself a pep-talk. YOU’RE the parent not them. We don’t need another bit of plastic tat with too many pieces and no instuctions. You give them the firm NO. Then they change tact…

3. When you’re a parent, your creativity knows no bounds when it comes to trying to get your child to eat healthily! Like.. I am actually guilty of something very similar to this one.

4. When you’ve been up 74 times in the night, you’ve fed the baby, burped the baby the babies finally settled to sleep… Then the toddlers up for a drink, a wee and one last cuddle. The chaos wakes the baby again… You finally manage to get them both to sleep but the sun is rising and the birds are singing. You’ve got to face facts that it’s time to get up, and welcome the onslaught of 6am childrens televison programmes….

5. Your nose becomes hyper-sensitive to any poo related incidents when you’re a parent…

6. …And when you realise that smell is you, and it’s actually the fact you haven’t had a chance to shower, or worse, you’ve covered in some kind of body fluid that you hadn’t noticed until now when it’s dried and gone crusty…

7. When there’s another parent boasting about how perfect their child is when you’ve not slept, not eaten a meal without sharing it, or had a warm cuppa in about 4 days..

8. But you know when all is said and done, you’d literally have it no other way. Plus the hugs really are worth it.

What is you worst parenting moment so far? I’d love to know!

I was lucky. Both my girls were amazing. I’m not saying they were always angels but they were amazing. They had a brilliant way of getting me to buy stuff. I’d say no and they said “alright ” in a sad sweet innocent sort of way. I’d March home with them and then go back the next day and get it anyway. I know I am a softy. However they knew I was also. But I wouldn’t have them any other way. My 2 daughters have always been my greatest gifts and I’d do it all again 10 fold.

This had me laughing! I’m not a mom yet but I have been an au pair and a nanny so I can relate to a fair few of these! I hope I’m this funny and honest when we do finally have children
